been automated so that there is more time to spend with the tenants.

The annual business plan is another tool we use to improve the bottom
line and create value. We start each year with a new plan that
is designed to maximize the income potential of the property.
We include an 11-year cash flow forecast which helps us to monitor
long-term value creation. It also helps us to determine the impact that
the current plan will have on the asset's value.
