Hilary Becker - Owner/Broker

Hilary H. Becker, CPM has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry.  His real estate experience goes back to his teen years when he first managed his family's real estate investments.  The Becker family has served the community for 5 generations starting since 1905.

He worked for the Real Estate Investment Group at JP Morgan for 10 years as an Assistant Vice President of the Asset Management Division.  In 1991 he went out on his own, and launched Becker Real Estate Services, Inc. which continues to be on of Long Island's fastest growing real estate services and investment companies.

His education includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Accounting from Pace University, and a Real Estate Diploma, from New York University.  He is currently an Adjunct Professor for Molloy College, and Long Island University where he teaches the real estate licensing courses.

He sits on numerous boards including Franklin Hospital Medical Center, the Lynbrook Youth Athletic Association; he is a past member of Catholic Charities, a past President of the Institute of Real Estate Management Greater New York Chapter, and a past Director of the Long Island Board of Realtors.

He is very active in a multitude of charitable endeavors, and is a recipient of the Humanitarian of the Year Award from the Institute of Real Estate Management.  He lives in Lynbrook with his wife Geralyn, and four children, Noelle, Joseph, David, and Thomas

Elizabeth (Betty) Becacqua - Licensed Sales Agent

Frank Cuttitta - Licensed Sales Agent

Frank Cuttitta earned a double major in English and history at Indiana University and he received his Bachelor Degree in 1986. He continued his education at Adelphi University where he received his Master Degree in 1992. Mr. Cuttitta is a native of the South Shore of Long Island. He grew up in Bellmore and attended Mepham High School. He was an outstanding wrestler and captain of the band where he learned to play the saxaphone and continues this passion performing in a jazz band. He is now married and resides in North Bellmore. Sam Zaman - Licensed Sales Agent

Sam Zaman is a member of the Becker Real Estate Real Estate Sales and Appraisal Division. As a NYS Certified Residential Appraiser, Sam appraises homes for many purposes. He manages the appraisal department overseeing the distribution of assignments and reviewing completed work. He also assists the Assessment Commission in Nassau County, creating CMA's for tax purposes.

A resident of Forest Hills, NY, he is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors. Sam graduated from University at Buffalo in May 2002 with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in MIS and Marketing. Graduating with Cum Laude honors, Sam was published in the National Dean's List two out of four years in college (99-00 and 01-02) for academic excellence.
